The Ella Warranty

We are proud to offer a 5 year warranty on our mattresses. Please note the warranty is provided free of charge.

To validate your warranty for your mattress please email info@ella-mattress.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item

Ella mattresses are designed to work on a firm solid surface, on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and the user(s).

In the event of any defect you must return the mattress to Ella with proof of the original date of purchase. Any evidence we receive regarding the potential warranty claim will be cross examined by Ella or independent or NBF member.

If you have a successful warranty claim, we will either repair or replace with the same or combatable mattress at our cost.

What the warranty covers
1. Removable cover stitching coming apart. (will replace with a new cover)
2. Visible indentation or sag greater than 3cm.
3. Spring unit failure

What the warranty does not cover
1. Comfort preferences
2. Any burns or liquid damage
3. Moulds, dirt or smells resulting from poor mattress use.
4. Normal wear and tear that occurs under standard domestic use.
5. Any sag or indentation caused by defect bed base or frame.
